Theatre: Andy Dick's Circus of Freaks (c. 1997)
Status: performed
Director: Andy Dick
My Role: Chorus, Baby (featured)
Also Starring: Andy Dick and TCU theatre students
Synopsis: Andy Dick directed and starred in this controversial stage show, which he toured around the country. Basically the show was a medley of bizarre skits and songs. He had numbers about drug addiction and sex, among other topics.
Remembrances: The Fort Worth performance was held at TCU's Ed Landreth auditorium, with hundreds upon hundreds of seats, and the audience was packed! The opening number had us grabbing our crotches and flipping off the audience; in another skit I played a baby who wipes poo (which was chocolate pudding) all over Andy Dick. It was great fun to perform in front of such a large crowd and with a TV star.

The play features a large cast and includes a battle scene. It is by the French writer Edmund Rostand.
Remembrances: I was in this play during my college years at Texas Christian University. I played a nun in the convent where Roxanne is staying.
